Here's the verse you're looking for:
Luke 12:22-34 Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (RSVCE)
Do Not Worry
22 And he said to his disciples, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat, nor about your body, what you shall put on. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. 24 Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds! 25 And which of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his span of life?[a] 26 If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest? 27 Consider the lilies, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin;[b] yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 28 But if God so clothes the grass which is alive in the field today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O men of little faith! 29 And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor be of anxious mind. 30 For all the nations of the world seek these things; and your Father knows that you need them. 31 Instead, seek his[c] kingdom, and these things shall be yours as well.
32 “Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions, and give alms; provide yourselves with purses that do not grow old, with a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Jesus will help, and part of his help lead you here. But the church offers other remedies and tools for this type of spiritual warfare
>The best thing for you to do just go and sit in a church for a few minutes as many days a week as you can. Just sit in front of a tabernacle, even if it's just for 5-10 minutes a day.
>Go to daily mass if you can, the servies are usually just 30 minutes. You might be the only young person but that's okay. Nobody is judging.
>Read the bible daily. Use Laudette app or another lectionary app if you just want to start with a brief reading. When you're ready for full books and chapters, start with the Gospels, here's an online version: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+1&version=NABRE
>Keep holy imagse on your phone - pictures from the inside of chapels and cathedrals. Try to look at these when you get anxious, or think about the inside of a church.
These all helped me enormously I also reccommend:
>Joining a gym and exercising every day
>Changing your diet (brown rice is helpful) make sure you eat 3 meals a day and never skip breakfast
>Avoid social media. If you need it, try to only use it once a day.
The best advice I ever got about my anxiety was from a professor who suffered from it when he was young. He simply said "the one thing you have to understand….. eventually, it goes away." And he was right.
