I have understood something new about the Great Flood and Biblical talk of a covenant.
Primitive people may have no notion of contract or future agreement. I have it saved somewhere but someone did an investigation of the Zulu language in South Africa (or Xosa) and it had an entry in the Zulu to English dictionary for contract. But no Zulu had heard of it.
The entry had translated contract to mean to binds the feet. That is, capitive. But actually the concept simply didn't exist in Zulu.
Classical depiction of Saturn/Chronos sometimes show him with chains around his feet. Or bindings, like this picture.
And that is what is meant by the Covenant of Noah. The chains now on Saturn, not so much promising not to do it again but prevented. That is, the rings of Saturn left after the Big Spray.
The the rainbow will be the symbol of this covenant (binding) because it will have appeared at the same time also from the spray. Temporary equatorial rings that have faded since with nothing to replenish them.
Backlit they would be rainbow coloured due to ordinary diffraction. A static rainbow illuminated every night.
