From what I've heard is that the No Name Brand Poutine Gravy is best gravy.
Then you take Black Diamond Cheese Sticks and cut them up, they are pretty stringy, melt them however way you want.
And use the fries you like the most.
Though Quebec is about 12 hours away, I've heard that combo makes the best Poutine within a 13 hour drive
