This. I work nightshift and where I live it's the only place open 24hours so it's all I have for getting lunch without making something in advance. Their coffee is really nothing special and some places give you grounds in the bottom of your cup. Donuts are ok though, if a bit small.
Also it's owned by Burger King now. Doesn't seem to have changed anything yet though.

YouTube embed. Click thumbnail to play. Remember when they actually had a baker who baked, GOOD doughnuts in location. Now its just frozen shit shipped in from the states loaded with sugar. disgusting. The fast food model is what killed the quality. Amongst other things. What a depressing end to a good place.
sigh.........

This exactly. They were still baking them in the '90s, though it was Dunkin' in QC. Their ads even revolved around it.

No because I literally never eat any of the overpriced food in restaurants ever in my life and only buy food in bulk and very fucking cheap or get it free or from my garden.
Why do you people pay so fucking much money for a bunch of flour and sugar or fucking hot coffee? You could make a ton of donuts or whatever else with a fraction of the money.

It's possible to be wealthy enough that your time is simply worth more money than the material. If a donut is $1 then it's sure as shit cheaper then me spending a half hour of my time making one.

That's exactly it. My location is lucky to have mostly white people working here, but it's the Muslim and other undesirables that come to the line, harass out female workers, and sit there laughing and making a mess money grabbing pieces of shit. Grown fucking men acting like bratty children and then you get called a racist when you try to kick them out. I love it when the Chinese can't actually be bothered to point or say the name of the donut they want, or order eleven fucking sandwiches that surprise surprise I have to make only to have them come back and say that they meant salads, and they want eleven salads for free to go with their sandwiches. Want to know why these useless fucks have so much money, is because they lie to our faces and are able to get away with it.
