I like small town homemade ice cream best. The flavor hardly matters if you have the right ingredients. Ice cream should just be made out of cream, milk, sugar and whatever you're gonna flavor it with, no carrageenan, xanthan gum or bullshit like that.

I only like Haagen Dasz vanilla. Must be due to the high fat content, or the lack of glucose / fructose-glucose syrup. Sucks it's like 4 euro a tub though.
