Поясняю, для тех кто в бункере. Важно говоря, что бросаешь пить, указывать что именно ты бросаешь пить. Вы, браток, на 80% состоите из крови, а кровь это жидкость. Потребление воды, питьё воды, а так же чая, кваса, кефира, кофе, это естественная надобность регулярная иначе помрёшь от обезвоживания. Но важно что пить. Можно отказаться пить алкоголь, как сделал я, пятьнадцать лет тому назад, дав обет богу Одинну, и жить дальше счастливо, безо всякого алкоголя. Кстати, существует безалкогольное пиво, оно не содержит алкоголя, и радует сердце, ободряет дух.
