Из немецкого учебника по судебной медицине, иллюстрирующего уникальный случай убийства. 24-летний мужчина намеренно стал причиной смерти своего 28-летнего партнера-гея, который был деспотичным над ним. Во время сеанса удушения он действовал в качестве наблюдателя за безопасностью. Но намеренно поощрял 28-летнего парня идти все дальше и дальше. Говоря что ещё больший кайф впереди и как это очень сильно возбудительно даже смотря на это. И когда наконец его напарник потерял сознание от недостатка крови в мозг, то он просто стоял и смотрел как он конвульсируя удавился насмерть. И сразу же после этого позвонил в полицию, чтобы сообщить о смерти в результате несчастного случая. И что он нашел его в таком состоянии, когда вернулся домой.

Но у полиции сразу возникли подозрения, поскольку труп был еще совсем свежим когда они прибыли туда. Это означает, что молодой человек заявивший что обнаружил его в таком состоянии, должно быть обнаружил его мертвым совсем сразу после этого. И следовательно, должен был присутствовать при этом. Как партнер во время неудачной фетиш-игры.

При дальнейшем допросе 24-летний молодой человек наконец признался в планировании убийства своего любовника-гея. В качестве самозащиты от 28-летнего молодого человека, который в течение нескольких месяцев использовал его в сексуальных целях очень властно, унизительно грубо и как секс игрушку раба раба. Во многих случаях его руки были связаны за спиной. И шантажировал его. Угрожая раскрыть некоторые юридические проблемы из его прошлого, его государственному работодателю. А также утечкой видео записей, которые он хранил в своем “облаке”, как он использует его для унижающего достоинство грубого секса, если он осмелится уйти от него. Полиция смогла получить к этим видео доступ. Что подтвердило историю об унизительном сексуальном использовании.

На фотографиях с места происшествия видно как погибший был найден. Он сидел ягодицами на слегка выдвинутой части куба оттоманки, а его шею удерживал ремень, привязанный сверху к ножке перевернутого журнального столика. Таким образом труп оставался в том же положении, в каком он был задушен. Перед ним было установлено зеркало, чтобы он мог видеть себя во время процесса.
