Basically, watch 3 episodes of a show before dropping it or calling it the greatest anime of our time. First episodes often get most of the budget, so they are produced to a much higher level of quality than the rest.
At the same time, they don't usually give the best impression of what the rest of the show will be like (see Lucky Star, shit first ep but great rest of show), so giving it at least 2 more chances to impress you is good practice.

Right lads, as some of you may be aware the reason I took the day off work was to go in for an "interview" at College. It's all been done up, the science facilities are well equipped, library is lovely and they have a gym students can use free of charge. It was so fucking awkward when I first came in though, bunch of guys and girls around my age. Mad anxiety but I calmed down after ten or fifteen minutes and realise they were all just as shy as me.
They said my Higher Grades weren't that bad and that I should consider doing an HNC/D degree instead. Apparently if I do a two year HND and pass I'm guaranteed a spot at Uni for a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Pharmacology, which is a subject I like but I need to research the job market. I love biology too but biology employment options are shit tier.
