Okay, so I'm the anon that posted about stapling receipts into a diary despite not being self employed or having any reason to.
I may have descended into a new level of crazy after losing my pen today. I went into town and bought a bunch of different coloured pens, and now i have a different colour for each day of the week, so if I write in a day after i've passed it, I can write in a different colour to the day so I know.
Also I almost showed how crazy I am to one of my housemates because I thought I'd thrown away a receipt and I needed to go through the kitchen bin.

I made sure to be in bed by midnight at first, with no computers after 11 to give my brain a chance to calm down and at first I was lying awake for ages, but the waking up at the same time really helped so that I was tired in the night.
Currently I'm getting tired enough to go to bed around half 11, one day when I did a load of stuff I went to bed at half 10. It's insane.
