Because I'm going on a trip to London this summer and wondered if you knew any special places to go eat? You are the biggest somewhat active Britboard, that's why I decided to ask here.
Traditional dishes, outstanding taste, uncommon ingredients; whatever you'd consider special/mentionworthy is up to you.
Thanks in advance!
Greetings from Germany :-DD

Most of us here are NEET I'm afraid, and I don't think there's anyone from London. Just be aware that everything us going to be really expensive, other than that I'd suggest just checking Yelp or something.

You will not run out of places to eat in London and it depends entirely what you like. There are a lot of food markets.Camden market does a lot of food. Whitecross street market has a lot of European food. Basically there is a restaurant on every street.

Anyway I don't know a great deal of places, I actually don't really like traditional "British" food, but most of the stuff in London is foreign anyway.
Dans le noir is worth checking out if you want a very different experience. Its a restaurant where you eat in pitch darkness, and it's all about experiencing different tastes without the sight to aid you.
There's also a great place called Banana Tree, that specialises in "IndoChina" dishes.
For something a little more cheap and relaxed, there's a nice place called "Ed's Easy Diner". It's an American style Diner, great atmosphere and food.

>>5501woah, Dans le noir sounds pretty interesting. But I don't like eating cheese or butter, so I'm afraid I should better not go there
I get the urge to puke when I eat those..I think I'll visit the other two though :3

I'd probably say Asian food. Rice, noodle soups.
Ah, what I also dislike are salads.
