Afternoon britfeel. So, after spending about 4 hours in A&E they ended up giving me an endoscopy, found a stomach ulcer, that was caused some internal bleeding, made by the NSAIDs that I'm on. Bit shit but not too serious. They could sort it out fairly easily. Just need to be more careful with my medication now, and have a new med added to protect my stomach for a while.

Went out for a walk on my own for the first time in at least 5 years around the block, my calves are killing me. Walked past two chavs and a couple of scruffy looking dropouts smoking weed who I thought might mug me, and saw that the entire park area outside my old school has been completely changed. Felt pretty weird, like I was in an alternate universe.

My mum just called me downstairs, turns out our 21 year old washing line broke at some point between me being out in the garden at 1pm and her coming home from work at 4pm. Luckily there was no mud on anything, and she managed to bodge it back together with an old bike lock and a skipping rope. Crazy stuff.
