Oh god I hate DOTA, I really do hate it. Usually after I finish playing video games for a while, I'll feel content. But I don't, I feel angry.
I hate the defeatist attitude everyone has, I hate how people never communicate unless it's to complain about something, I hate the russians spamming the chat all game with their moonrunes, I hate how every loss feels like nothing but a waste of an hour and the only way to make up for it is to play again and win. I HATE this game.
It's not even a good game. It's essentially a RTS, but you play 1 character on the exact same map with about 4 abilities and have a 45-55% chance of slowly increasing your points depending on how good you are. That sounds shit, why would anyone enjoy that?
So, I'm going to play it until I win just one more game then I'll never play it again.
But then of course I'll play just ONE more after that game I win, just because I'm happy I won.

Radishes and Garlic are extremely easy windowsill plants, depending how big your windowsill is and what size of pot you have you can grow anything from Radishes to Pumpkins (not advisable unless you want to deal with image related) Chilli peppers and bell peppers can be very good windowsill plants, you'll need a pot about 7 inches wide or bigger as peppers can get to be a hefty sized plant. Stuff that you want to plant around now for indoors growing is basically everything. I would recommend Garlic, Radishes, lettuce, small carrot types, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, beetroot and herbs. There's most likely a whole bunch more as well. Let me know what you decide on and I'll advise you in any way I can lad.

You can grow cabbage at any time of year, it's a nice tough plant. Might be a bit big for a windowsill though. I would recommend getting heritage varieties for seeds, most modern varieties have been selectively bred for size or taste and have lost a lot of their nutritional value, in some cases (tomatoes) they have even lost a lot of their taste because they were selectively bred to be entirely red when ripe, wild tomatoes are a mix of colours when ripe but that was deemed unattractive for consumers so they bred it out, and as a result the tomatoes also lost a good deal of their natural sugar content as well. Heritage varieties are generally better for taste and nutritional value although they tend to be a bit smaller (not always true) and are usually more prone to disease / pests and bolting (when a root plant like carrot rushes to produce seed instead of bulking it's roots up) However since you are growing indoors pests won't really be an issue.
Here's a picture of old Tomato breeds, quite different to the ones you see today in shops.

Yeah, I will look around for a place to buy heirloom and heritage seeds (I've been trying to find one for myself) I can honestly tell you though if you grow your own veg and fruit it WILL taste better, I grew some Chilli peppers last year, Hungarian Wax variety which is the standard Chilli you usually see in shops and they were much hotter than shop bought ones.
You don't need to worry about using your own seeds from your plants instead of buying more each year unless you want to leave a plant or two to go to seed, you can ONLY do this with heirloom non crossbred plants though, sure modern hybrid plants 'might' be fertile but their seeds are shite.
This website http://www.realseeds.co.uk/terms.html seems okay, I've yet to actually try buying from it myself but I will give it a go in a week or so, I would recommend reading on that website, they do a much better job of explaining why heritage / heirloom is much better.

Still using my dumbbells 3 days a week, I bought some more plates the other week because I've improved a lot in floor press and straight-leg deadlift (I'm up to 12 kg in both), and single arm rows are getting there.
However, I'm not really improving much, if at all, in lunges stalling at 4.5 kg, my balance is shit, seated shoulder press been on 6 kg since February, and planks I initially worked up to 130 secs, but as the weights have increased I can only manage 90 secs now though, so I'm probably doing something wrong there. I've recently switched chairs for SSP to one which doesn't impede my shoulders at all and it seems like it's getting easier now, so maybe that particular problem is solved. Still can't do a single push up, although I've not been practising them at all, but I honestly expected to be better at them after doing all this for a couple of months.
I'm in noticeably better shape physically, but my sleep pattern has gone to shit again went to bed at 8am and just woke up, still in bed, I keep under and oversleeping, and my diet is still pretty crap, so all that is most likely hindering my gains. I'm finding it very difficult to juggle all this shit at once without dropping all the balls.

Thanks man. I try to workout on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and I switch between an A routine and a B routine each time, so it goes AxBxAxx, BxAxBxx, and so on. Started in mid-late January, although the first month and a half I missed quite a few days, even missing a whole two weeks. Recently I've been keeping up with it much better, but at the cost of literally everything else my life consists of.
Routine A:

If your lifts aren't going up then it's most certainly because you're not eating enough.
You can have a shitty routine and still make gains - especially if you're a beginner - if you just eat properly; but you could have the best routine in the world, put together for you specifically by a gains coalition of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Scooby the Natty King, and Rich Piana, and not put on any muscle at all due to insufficient calorie intake.
Gains are made in the kitchen.

After each exercise I write down whether it was:
Easy = massively underestimated my capabilities, pretty much haven't written it since I first started.
Medium = getting comfortable with it, will increase weights next time.
Hard = feeling a real strain on the body by the end of the 3rd set, don't think I could manage a step up yet.

Yeah I know, I was formerly underweight, I hit the lower end of normal weight a couple of months ago but I'm still struggling, possibly even gone down a bit. My whole diet is a mess, I want to overhaul it but it's difficult when I can't cook my mum was supposed to teach me something today but because I got up after 4pm that's probably not happening, I'm not the one buying the food, and my mum is on a very low budget (and also food-retarded like myself). The sleep pattern going to shit doesn't help either, means I'm skipping meals sometimes or just eating inconsistently, but the irony is all the exercise and shit diet is one of the big reasons that it's going out of control in the first place.

I mean, that's exactly what I did, I've been working on sleep pattern and diet sort of since January LAST year, and at least half the posts here on fixing sleep patterns were written by me. By the second half of last year I had my sleep pattern under control after 7 years of complete chaos, it's just that as my physical exertion has increased, it's all gone to shit.
Diet is the main problem I think, but I really don't know what to do about it. Last year I basically quit chocolate, drink water exclusively, eat more fruit, started eating shitloads of nuts, and I'm generally able to eat much larger portions than I did when I was a skeleton, but that's obviously not enough.
It's just the fact my mum is basically in control of the food in this house, and I don't know shit about it so I can't tell her what to do, most of my suggestions are met with "too expensive", "don't have time to get that", or "I heard that was bad for you".

Not really, my mum's boyfriend does the chore type stuff my mum doesn't do like the ironing and taking rubbish out, and my mum does all the cleaning because she's pretty OCD-tier and goes nuts if anyone doesn't do it her exact way. Dinner: Varies, usually something out of the freezer like chicken/fish in breadcrumbs w/ wedges, once a week I'll have pizza, and 1 - 3 days a week my mum cooks. She does things like spaghetti bolognese, or stir fry veg out of a packet w/ chicken nuggets, and once in a blue moon she'll do a roast dinner.
I never normally have anything like steak, today was a one-off because I've been requesting her to teach me how to cook for a while, and that's what I said I'd like to do.

Ah, here is where I think you are going wrong.
Whenever you do a full 3x10, the next week you should increase the weight and try to keep it there.
So if I do 3x10 15kg shoulder press, next week I do 3x10 15.5/16kg. HOWEVER you don't need to do the full 3x10, you just want to aim for it. So you might complete the first two sets but only do 5 reps of the third set, that's OK and as long as you are working the muscles near to failure you will be getting stronger. So for example adjust your weight like these logs;
Weight - reps in set
15kg - 10, 10, 10 - full set of reps, move up a weight
16kg - 10, 10, 5
16kg - 10, 10, 8
16kg - 10, 10, 10 - full set of reps, move up a weight
17kg - 10, 10, 4
If you are really struggling with a weight increase, like you can't even do 2 sets. Then go back to the previous weight but add more reps.

So unlike my usual walking around the city centre and going in shops, I spent most of my trip to the city in the nice park at the edge of the city, had a wall and saw some ducks. That's exactly how it works actually, but fuck all will change or happen in your life if you just sit in your room all day browsing imageboards, playing vidya, etc. It's the fact someone chooses to do those things everyday rather than work on their issues like personal hygiene, agoraphobia, social anxiety, breaking the illogical thought cycles that sustain depression and low self-esteem, fitness, etc., that makes them the shut in loser in the first place, not the other way around.
And working on those things indirectly helps with the "ugly" thing in a couple of ways too. For one, the more you look after your outer appearance, the better you actually look and feel, and the way you feel about your appearance is arguably the most important part. It can be very limiting when you truly believe you're the ugly duckling in a world full of swans.
Which leads to the second bonus of improving yourself; once you're out and about, you realise the world is filled with ugly cunts unlike most TV/films/vidya/animu might have you believe, and a lot of them are actually doing alright because they haven't let it stop them doing basic life shit. Which goes to show that being ugly is not what makes anyone a "shut in loser", it's often genuine life-limiting medical conditions excluded their own actions and choosing to not help themselves that makes it this way.
And I know this because I'm doing it myself, and you should know it too because god knows I've written about my transition from long term hikki with severe social anxiety to someone that actually goes outside and has started speaking to people enough times in these threads over the last thirteen and a half months to drive anyone mad.
