I'm not sure about "no reason", with me it's more "lots of small and often inconsequential things that have occurred since I can remember, that eventually snowballed into an avalanche of anxiety with no obvious single cause".
It's an automatic response at this point, whenever I see certain topics or imagine certain situations I'm met with anxiety, even if it's not something I've ever failed at or experienced any kind of "trauma" with.

It seems to only happen to threads that hit around about 300+ posts soon, so boards consisting of single general threads were affected a lot more than boards
The board list is sorted by "Unique IPs to post in the last 72 hours", and then for every board with the same number of unique IPs it gets sorted by "Posts per hour". If it was sorted by PPH like you used to be able to do, we often got into the top 20.
Pic related, 15th highest PPH on the entire site during one hour back in March, and that's not a particularly difficult number to hit.

My job interview went fairly well. Didn't let the autism out, bonded a bit with the people doing the interview, didn't get too nervous, wasn't late.
I have experience in what they want done. Probably enough to negotiate.
I even pulled out my Job Interview Shirt, which I wear for literally nothing else.
Decided not to fuck with traffic, and went straight from work to the interview after grabbing lunch.
Minor panic when I missed a turn trying to copy the rat-run I picked up from the drivers at work, but I found another one. And THAT one actually skipped straight to near where I wanted to go. Fuck yeah, subconscious navigation.
Then there was half an hour of confusion on finding the right damn section of industrial estate. Fortunately, the place I was interviewing was next to the one I'd worked at for a day as a temp, for the promotion on Walkers Baked.
