One could argue that creatures with an exposed brain do not suffer from the ill effects of extreme movements or air exposure. In fact, I'd wager their brain tissue is especially sturdy and capable to withstand any manner of rough experiences.

On the other hand, it does not necessarily imply absence of sensations; on the contrary.

At the same time, I can imagine getting any action to be particularly disconcerting, if only because the usual activity of the brain is being brutally disrupted.

But it doesn't have to be that way!

For example, instead of an ugly-ass monstruosity like that, it could be a cute/sexy girl with her brain exposed somehow (hentai logic applies). Instead of dismantling into pieces while fucking it, it could be moist, slippery and like pussy flesh.

So you could grab it by both sides and grind the corpus callosum like it was a more intimate titty fuck, while she… misses a few synapses here and there.
