Due to the original thread on /pol/ being bumplocked by mods, may this thread serve as a hivemind financial planning thinktank wing of 8chan.

Discuss:

>Viable penny stocks to cooperatively invest in to develop a consensus approved, diversified, low risk high reward portfolio

Candidates as of right now:

PTN (multiple pharma trials)

PLX (interest due to positive trial outlook)

TGB (Copper being the modern bronze, metals are up)

MSTX (Ripe for takeover by the a bigger, private company Savara)

SSY (Entry level healthcare firm offering stock buyback)

>Bring attention to those stocks via speculation and memesmithing to attract jewish gold to it

>Dump stocks until such gains are maximized OR a company becomes pozzed to make a point

>Increase personal wealth

>Repeat as necessary until we wield financial power on par with /pol/'s meme magicks

UNTIL THERE IS NO JEW

How to buy cryptos? Coinbase and/or my bank are too retarded to work together to put my wageslave bucks into it. Last time I tried I would have tripled my value, want to get it working now in case the market gets radical again.

Don't fucking remind me, I bought in at ~.25, watched it fall from .7 to ~.4, then sold. The buyback was supposed to stabilize it but it didn't. It was a good return on investment that was squandered on other shitty trades.

AVEO fucking exploded as predicted, with SAND, UWN, APPS bringing in steady gains for the month and quarter. I had to divest and focus on my business, but the threat of a crash (last time market was this bullish was 2008) has me leaning in more towards weapons, ammo and other metals. My heart couldn't take this rollercoaster market and you fags (apart from the anon with the hot ass AVEO tip) weren't contributing shit.

Good luck.

Shit, I bought in around .5 pre-buyback and didn't pay much attention to it until now. There's been a lot going on, so I haven't had much time on my hands lately. I still have those shares at ~$1.9, so I lost a good 62%. Worst $150 I ever invested :^)

If you're still here, I managed to find more pharma stocks:

OHRP

OASM

RXII

MACK

ATNM

ANTH

NAVB

CATB

ITEK

KTOV

RTTR

BSPM

AMPE

ARLZ

EYEG

I will keep searching since I have slightly more free time.

Hello /biz/nessmen. I've created a Bitcoin Cash Lottery. For those that are willing to take a leap of faith with me on this i can promise you i am legit. Not here to scam you. My interest in this is to create a lotto based on trust so that i may collect fees for myself. That's my end. Your end is much better odds than traditional lottos. With this lotto the winning address is drawn every 24 hours. Less addresses = higher chance of winning.

Don't know how many people are still here.

MSTX/SVRA had a good run (finally) and RNN looks ready for another run (the trading pattern history looks oddly cyclic, with each successive cycle decreasing in "amplitude").

Something fucky is going on with DSS. The director (a chink) bought $600000 worth of stock back in September, and now the CEO got himself a good ~$100k worth recently. Also, the movement within the past week is unbelievable.

I'm trying to figure out the right parameters for the finviz stock screener to find the best penny stocks to invest in. So far I have:

>double bottom

>in USA

>under $5

>target price at least 50% greater than current price

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

What stocks are you invested in atm? Hard to tell what's good since so much has gotten posted in this thread.

I'm holding some gold miners in anticipation of gold breaking out (should Fed normalization fuck up), AUMN and THM are my favorites, with AUY being a safer bet. From here there's maybe a %50 downside at worst, with %100+ potential pump if gold can get over $1400/oz.

It's not much invested, but seems like an obvious play to me. XAU/USD trend has been very strong recently, I doubt it's going under $1175/oz ever again.

Also for Finviz this is my preferred method of "screening"

https://finviz.com/screener.ashx?v=211&ta=0&p=m

Simply displays each stocks chart, going back 5 years. Great way to screen for some underappreciated, longer term plays, and ignore stuff that's already pumped. This is how I found AUMN, THM, AUY, also SIFY which I sold too early, and BGI which I'm took some profits on and am still holding. Chart patterns trump everything imo, news, whatever, it's all reflected in the price. You can make good money just analyzing charts.

ATM my portfolio is flat since gold miners have been falling, I'm continuing to cost average my way into them. If gold does break out it'll be around mid 2018, so my timeframe to sell these is ~2019, 2020.

Lol, hey thanks for noticing. I'm the same guy that posted >>1381, as of recently yep, %1000 gain (at this moment, %833). Already sold %35 my position for 4x return on investment, letting the rest ride. Should've timed my selling better, cashed out too much around 2.5. Not to mention out of most cryptos PPC has underperformed. I've plenty of room to take profit if cryptos do crash, although I think they'll remain in an uptrend over the next year or so as central banks engage in their tightening cycles.

The OP of this thread certainly has some form of mental illness. God bless him, makes this job easier for me. Just use charts, that way you can set concrete entry/exit points and properly measure the amount of risk/losses you're willing to accept. Sticking to a concrete plan keeps the market and your emotions totally separate, else you'll spaz out and start throwing market orders all over the place until your account inevitably wears away.

I actually haven't been active for months, and am trying to get back into this. I went long on SVRA post r/s since 7.46 (middle of crash), just about doubled my money there. I plan on keeping it until either the price hits low to mid-20s or hits more than 7% loss within one day. That about covers most of my portfolio, as I sold most of my other stocks months ago.

The rest of my portfolio is in ENRJ right now. It's more or less a gambling position for the money I have in it right now, as I am betting on the price to spike up by 100+% like it did in April. I'm not worrying about it though, I only have ~$15 in stock

I haven't seen much other than DSS. The closest thing to a major pump that I've seen is in UAMY, and even then it seems to be running out of steam and the long-term trend is shitty, too.

I searched a little and found this list of gold stocks under $6:

http://www.buyupside.com/sample_portfolios/gold5.php

SAND seems somewhat promising, as it had a 10% increase within the past week and has low volatility.

> I'm not sure I fully understand crypto-currencies and what makes each coin a scalable investment.

For a while cryptocurrency prices were really driven on hype, but it generally revolves around two concepts: software features (e.g transaction confidentiality, transaction throughput, hardware wallet support, mobile wallet) and fungibility (e.g added to a big exchange site, added to Coinbase).

Bitcoins are only useful for money laundering and buying drugs. And transaction fees are too high to buy drugs.

Cryptocurrencies as a whole is just a fucking Tulip market. Retards everywhere buying in as an investment because of the ridiculous gains.

But wait, there's no way to actually value cryptocurrencies? ETH made an effort by trying to use crypto as a way for companies to issue shares and avoid IPOs, but it's only been used by scammers lmfao.

If you want to make an assfuck of money buy Bitcoin, buyt make sure you get some rope so you can hang yourself when you lose it all.

Just pulled out of SVRA at 15.66 since it dipped >6% over the last 2 days, bought slightly more stock at $15.26 on the 14th for an average gain of ~63%. Good call too, since it fell to 15.06 as I'm typing this

ICAD had a triple bottom within the last two months, it's looking good so far. I'm moving the money from SVRA there and keeping the ENRJ gamble money. I'm looking for a modest gain (about $4.00 a share is fine with me), but will consider holding until the price plateaus if it has a good enough run.

You are mistaken on thus word. It has nothing to do with exchanges. Fungibility is a feature of money. Money is fungible if each unit is indistinguishable from others. Cash and gold is fungible. The only crypto that is fungible is Monero and its forks

A director at REED bought $355k worth of shares back in late December, news is just starting to come out:

https://stocknewstimes.com/2018/01/04/john-bello-acquires-237003-shares-of-reeds-inc-reed-stock.html/amp

It doesn't seem as promising as DSS, esecislly considering its 10% hiccup this morning, but the hype should hopefully be enough to bring the price to at least 2.15.

I shouldn't have pulled out of DSS when I did, but at least I knew exactly how much I expected to make when doing so.

>>2474

Not really, this thread is supposed to be on portfolio management anyway so feel free to discuss it. I would have a coherent strategy that isn't "throw $50 into Robinhood and hope for the best" if I had the time to find more than one short-term stock to invest in at a time. I think we'd be missing out big time if we don't set aside at least some guilty pleasure money for otc stocks, even if it's $1. Look at BTSC stock: holding long term from January 2016 at .2 cents per share to 41.4 cents per share in November meant a fucking 207x return just because lol muh ponzicoin. The only problem with OTC stocks right now is that Robinhood doesn't support them yet, and we don't have another way to go without paying shitty fees.

just wanna post here and say i think that deustch bank is about to experience solvency issues (possibly as early as tomorrow), eventually go full lehmen bros, and kickstart a crash on the whole world economy (or atleast crash the EU bureaucracy with no survivors). this will trigger a global sell off of atleast twice the magnitude of the last one that started in the beginning of february, and comparable in percentage size to the 08 financial crisis. the effect on the US economy will be amplified by foreign central banks dumping US treasuries en masse (an action led by china, but eventually followed by many fair-weather friends) and the crash will be heavily politicized by the media.

this post will serve as an epitaph, sitting here forever until the lights go out (atleast on this site)
