5d4091 No.12891

I’m in the middle of a tough bodybuilding prep while also working long hours, and lately recovery has been terrible. Strength is dropping, joints hurt, and motivation is almost gone. Has anyone dealt with something similar and found a way to mentally reset during such a stressful phase?

When recovery and sleep are limited, the body and mind both start to feel drained. Sometimes a small mental break can actually help you refocus. I’ve noticed that stepping away from training content and reading something random online, like https://odds96.com/en/blog/how-to-play-vortex-game-casino, can help reset your mind for a bit.
