If you have a little money, you could choose to try to do a little boswellia. It's a capsule sold maybe at wal-mart or meijer or cvs, or wherever, around the vitamins. I imagine it wouldn't be more than 14 bucks.
that stuff is usually sold as help for joints but it has a water reducing effect that also helps suppress the immune system, which would be the main purpose. It might be mild enough to be safe but strong enough to help some. My gf takes it and i think it helps her. She's not nearly as wrecked since she started but of course results can vary.
