Has anyone else seen an adult wearing a diaper in public? It happened to me for the first time today, and it was quite amazing : I was walking behind a woman (30-35yo, skinny and unremarkable but not ugly at all) and suddenly she stopped walking to do some kind of "pee dance" : she crossed her legs, twisting and looking nervous. She then began walking a few steps before stopping again, legs crossed and holding her crotch. As I walked past her, I could see that her face was bright red. She was visibly embarrassed. A few seconds later, she began walking again but 2 things were weird : she kept touching the back of her jeans, and it was now obvious that she was wearing a diaper because of the telltale bulge, as if she had no buttcrack.
I know it my sound crazy, but I'm pretty sure she just had an accident!
It made me curious : did you ever see somebody wearing a diaper in public?

I was walking with my girlfriend in a shopping mall and we wanted to get some coffee. So we went to the nearest Starbucks and ordered something to drink. the other was sort of an exception to the patients are never hot rule, again under normal circumstances she would have been concerned attractive and if I had not been dating someone else at the time, I likely would have chatted her up, anyway not sure why she was in hospital, but I suspect she was in a car crash and it was just a safety check (we live in a country with free health care so very common for this sort of patient in ER after a car crash after hours), she seemed fine, had a neck brace (however after scan we found no issues and took it off and she walked around fine, so do not think it was a preexisting medical condition that she might have been wearing for) I was working up in Radiology at the time, me and a nurse took her up (she stayed in bed as we transported her) she was the very talkative to cover up nervousness sort, kinda dorky but I wouldn't call her a nerd, just would say something than realise it sounded dumb and would than nervously laugh about it, instantly took a shine to her and me and the nurse had a great talk with her on the way, when we get to radiology there is a procedure for patients like this that cannot move much, where you use a board and a sheet and slide the patient over to the CT, nurse and tech are on one side pulling the sheet, I am on the other pushing, we pull the sheet back, and I push in the process her shirt pulls up and I spot top of a diaper poking out, was pretty clearly an ABDL diaper to me, I can tell from her face that she knows i saw it, I put the blanket over her to cover her up (CT room is pretty cold) gave a wink as she seemed pretty embarrassed (not sure if that helped though), as far as I could tell the other two didn't notice or paid it no mind, she was extra awkward on the way back, but if I had not been seeing someone at the time, I would have definitely left her my number, maybe the only slightly hot case I've had of seeing a patients diaper

Went to this cafe in the town I live in. Had a craving for a smoothie and they were the only place open. (Crazy hours on weekend like open til 1 am.) I am a driving instructor, and a few years ago I am sure one of my students was regularly wearing diapers. It wasn't always visible depending on how she was dressed, but at least twice I was sure she was wearing them.
