That's a bit more understandable. Though, I don't think cutting them out completely is entirely necessary, as you don't NEED to do diaper shenanigans with them, they could merely be acknowledged and that's that. The skeletons probably wouldn't even need to wear the diapers.
It sounds like to get what you want, you'd have to get rid of Frisk's desire to escape and just live with Toriel (and maybe Asriel, if you just want to skip over Flowey's entire existence) and have it be more of a collection of slice of life stories. Like imagine Tori stapping Frisk and Asriel into a double stroller to take a walk around Snowdin, introducing Frisk to her friends. Or she hires a babysitter to watch over the both of them so she can run some errands.

Might just be me getting a little autistic over a minor detail but the only reason Toriel hasn't aged is because her kind only age as their children age so when Asriel died she stopped aging. If Asriel doesn't die then him, Tori, and Asgore would have aged and died long before Frisk was ever born. Either that or they'd be old or at least much older than we know them.

This is true. I mean, in canon, monster food just dissipates and doesn't even go through your system. Diapers wouldn't be needed if we kept to that. She lays you on a changing table much bigger than you might have expected and tickles your sides a little as she strips your shorts and underwear away from you.
Even if you think of struggling, her arms are too numerous and her attentions too careful.
The baby wipes are cold, but it's not long before she lifts your legs and slides a big fluffy diaper underneath them.
It seems like an instant later that it's pulled up around you and taped shut. The smell of baby powder tells you that that got slipped in while you were focused on your new underwear.
"I don't really need a diaper this big," you murmur as you feel two of her hands fussing with your hair. What is she doing? She's not pulling hard, but something up there feels weird.
She slips a pair of black pants over your ankles, and then stands you up.
"But it looks so adorable on you?"
You can feel the diaper trying to pull you backwards even before you see it in the mirror. If not for her hands underneath your armpits, you would fall. You blink in amazement as you see your hair drawn up like Muffet's. It must be magic.
Her lower arms pull the pants up, and they practically slip over the diaper.
You match Muffet's smile in the mirror as she leans around you to look you over.

Im honestly very surprised that there isnt much out there with Frisk peeing themselves. And to be quite honest, I wish there was much more. I mean, its almost too easy. Think about it.
1) There are canonically no toilets in the underground, since monsters dont need them.
2) Frisk sees some pretty scary stuff. I mean, they are literally in a world of monsters and all.
3) Frisk would probably be pretty shaken up from that fall at the beginning.

Honestly I still feel kinda conflicted by undertale related content. Originally I couldnt imagine associating undertale with this, I was afraid that it would taint it for me. Now Im more flexible, but still kind of conflicted.
But yeah, I feel like there needs to be more chara/frisk pants wetting/diaper/diaper usage than there is now. Especially since it actually makes sense canonically. I mean, there are no toilets in the underground, and Frisk is a tiny little kid going through a world filled with what at first glance might appear to be terrifying monsters. Thats like the perfect storm for pants wetting.

For some reason everyone seems to draw Asgore as being really chubby. I never really got that. The impression I got was that he was huge and turbo strong, like 500-800 pounds of raw muscle mass and something like 8-10 feet tall, with a bunch of fluff as an outer shell (but not super long). Everyone else seems to think he's just extremely fat. Does anybody else relate?

That means 8kun is now using a brand new CDN. Let's hope the admins manage to port the content from the old CDN to the new one.
