there are none besides Fetlife groups and those fucking suck depending on perspective.
Theyre the most active since its the hub for finding out about all conventions and whatnot and has or had (not sure anymore) a very active young dating group = YABDL. Overrall if you wanna meet people into the fetish start there and find the newest discord off their group. They have sub cliques and all that fun shit

Plenty of gamers there, it's super active and very welcoming.

To find her? I didn't use a group. I kinda just searched for people around my state and a few states over and liked what I saw on her profile so I sent her a message. I acted like a normal human and after a few months of conversing we decided to meet up.
I mainly just used groups for munches and things around my area to talk with other likeminded individuals and make some friends I could talk to about diapers and things.
