Many anons believe the meaning of a cryptic Q post - in advance of the event - will become evident AFTER that event has occurred, proving that Q knew about the event long before it happened. Trust the plan.

"Red pill" comes from The Matrix movie. The character has to choose between a blue pill to remain oblivious, or a red pill to awaken to the truth of his existence (he chooses the red one). Q and the anons are working to wake up all people, in order to end human trafficking and restore our Republic. And, eventually, to free other nations.

To "wake up" is to see the world with an alert mind, to question your reality, and to recognize that some of what you believed was untrue. We have been duped by criminals who want to keep us asleep and blind. Look past all the pushed narratives and propaganda to focus on truths that you can verify. Research and learn!
