Hi I'm Joyrad Procyfer, and I'm coming to terms with the fact I have autism. I always tried burying it or ignoring it and now… my poor handling of deeper empathy with others and willful individualism to the point of burning all social bridges, has caught up with me. Hello, I have a serious internet addiction and rarely leave my room. I don't know if I go online out of boredom or to escape from the reality that I likely won't go anywhere. Even though I'm reasonably smart, I have a horrible work ethic and an abrasive personality. I would like to improve myself, but I don't have any idea how to do that.

Hey, sorry things are looking down. Improving yourself is a snowballing kind of thing. You start with 1 thing, and you fix that one thing as solidly as you possibly can. And generally that leads to having to solve something else a little bit in order to solve that 1 thing. And you just keep solving small things you dislike over and over. Researching the issue, finding alternative solutions, giving up and coming back to it later, etcetera. Your environment, what you own, what you say, your style, it's all a series of small things. It is never going to be perfect but improvement doesn't have to be.
Internet addiction is fine -frankly there is no reason not to have it. Given the context of a society where it's near impossible to socialize unless you are in the same club, classroom, or job, and even then you barely get time, it makes sense to rely on the Internet.
If you lack an excuse to leave your room, going for a walk for a few minutes or an hour is great for refreshing yourself and improving your health. More importantly, it helps you talk with yourself and reflect on things. It really helps you think and get important thoughts flowing.
Nothing I have said will necessarily solve your problems and you knew most of what I just said. It takes a while for people to really get comfortable doing the things I just said and building the resolve to do them even a little bit. I just hope when you do build the resolve to make things a little better, this advice helps a little bit. And if that is a long time from now that's okay as you have your own pace.
And if you were just wanting to say what the issue was without being pressured with a solution that's stressful and time-consuming, that's okay too. If you aren't ready to start solving this, I'm still happy you shared your struggle. I have lived and felt the same and even with my advice, things are a only a few smidgens different from your situation. I'm glad you understand these feelings too. It's not easy to talk about.

but if I scripted my own dream and written in detail what I want to happen, it would not feel right. I want it to happen naturally or rather not at all
I rarely ever dream at all. Last time I had a real dream was Nov. 2018 and to make it even more weird it was after a friend of mine wished me nice dreams
I say real dream because I remember every single detail here, it felt so real and it was beautiful.
Sometimes I also end up having weird things dreaming and realizing what is happening in my half asleep state but once I wake up in the morning I forget it all.
For example I dream one of my cousins and we are doing rascal shit like when we were young and he lets out one of his jokes from back in the day then I wake up and giggle.
So I guess what people suggest to write down what you dream about immediately is a good practice to not forget things.
I just wish I could hear her voice or feel her warmth at least once.
