No, and that won't happen in like 10 years – like SpeeDriver 3.
IGS OverTake runs on IGS E3100 hardware which the security measure is insanely tough. Not only the hard drive is decrypted by an FPGA on the fly, part of the actual game code actually runs on FPGA itself too.
