I believe the MW3 has major problems yes. We released source ages go for community to maintain. I was against the source release since it wasn't safe. But 2 other devs wanted to release it and hacking started. There was 3.0 being developed by the community but one of the developers died and it was discontinued.
That is why release won't happen until it's bug free, also Lindbergh will be worked on in near future if Jay has time. He had some games running on vm years ago.
Unlike Es1 etc. Lindbergh also requires (like ring system) massive amounts of stuff to be emulated. (Baseboard, sega sound system library, keychip, dipsw etc.)

It already works since 4 months ago (with my private deprotected executables) but the dump has DRM in the executable files and they are not deprotected.
Community must do their part, I am sure there are some real unpackers here and not copy paste artists only.
Tips for unpackers:
- Real RingEdge
- Ollydbg with 2 plugins ;-)
- Exe is obfuscated to hell
- Have boatloads of patience when stepping trough the obfuscation or write deobfuscator.
- Patch ring0 calls so the drivers don't protect the executable and make everything impossible
- From OEP each block of exe is encrypted and when it goes to next block it decrypts it and encrypts the last one.
- You cannot just spam decrypt function across exe since as far as I remember it start to corrupt.
- Patch conditional jump to prevent that
- Write small ollyscript to decrypt entire code section
- Dump it
- You are now master epic unpacker man

I got it to work with a PS4 controller, I was able to map the Gas/Brake axes to L2/R2 and the item button to X. Using the left analogue stick, I'm able to get full motion by setting the full axis option. Really odd.
