Any tool that can do a sector by sector write, eg dd on linux, win dd (https://serverspace.io/support/help/dd-utility-for-windows-backup/) etc. you want to overwrite the whole destination drive and not just one of it's partitions as the complete drive is encrypted with a standard arcade block based crypto. Any drive >= 80gb will do.
It should then be accepted by any sys357a (maybe b also) as per the original T6 hardware.

BTW the patched image removed the cellFsArcadeHddSerialNumber copy protection. The images on the stock HDDs call this system function and verify against the value stored in PS3GAME.DAT. This is why people can't just backup their game onto a different HDD/SSD make and model vs the original. The patch forces this check to pass always. Note that it doesn't remove dongle checks, the game basically checks the dongle has a PID:VID + serial number. That is what the pi image I added is for: it allows those without such a dongle or means to make one to be able to use a raspberry pi zero to act in place of one. You just boot the pi zero, plug into the sys 357 dongle port, boot the sys 357 and dongle checks will pass and r/w operations onto the pi-zero work as though it's a normal namco dongle.

That's great.

Can you tell me how to unprotect it?
I have some knowledge on how to mount System357 HDD.

I finished writing and tried to start it, but got an error.
Is it because my System357 is C?

That's right, this img works only on the A/B due to the different encryption seeds. That error is basically complaining that the disk is corrupted from its point of view.

I see. I don't have any key other than C. Can you tell me the key for A/B?

This thread is really useful for deriving the keys: https://www.psx-place.com/threads/tutorial-hdd-mounting-and-decryption-on-linux.23308/
For System 357a (and I believe b) the ATA key should resolve to "5F 20 A2 1E D1 2F F6 42 5B 62 FD E0 D1 88 1C 84 64 13 1B E7 6B 28 CE 9A 73 5D 4A 1C 88 FE DF 07 5F 20 A2 1E D1 2F F6 42 5B 62 FD E0 D1 88 1C 84 64 13 1B E7 6B 28 CE 9A 73 5D 4A 1C 88 FE DF 07"
I'll PM you on Discord and we can continue there.
