I downloaded Bemani ♥ Touhou Collection from nyaa which had a link to this site.
I can't figure out how to get any of the ez2dj games to run.
Any pointers would be much appreciated

you'll be far better off playing EZ2ON instead. it still has online and contains most of the songs up to 6th mix IIRC. EZ2 data is very broken and doesn't work well on anything except original hardware. https://arrowgene.net/home <- that's the link to the server tool and it also has a download of the game hosted on MEGA. sorry to get any hopes down but I hope this makes up for it somewhat. also make sure you use localemu (https://pooi.moe/Locale-Emulator/) or set your PC's locale to korean or the game won't work.
