Bread and other products made with yeast cause mental illness.

All people have parasites, mold and fungus in their bodies according to doctors, science and CDC. All bread is made with yeast which is a mold fungus, 70% of the worlds population has T-Ghondii parasite (according to CDC) from cats which has been clinically linked to brain disorders and Alzheimer's, schizophrenia, mood swings, depression etc. Almost all antibiotics are made with mold fungus including Penicillin etc. Is it a coincidence that the wealthiest nation in the world also has the highest rates of depression, Bi-polar disorder, Autism, and suicide? Some doctors say the 70% of people with T-Ghondii are 'unaffected' but the state of the world and it's symptoms would suggest otherwise.

This is why so many people are depressed Bi-polar Schizophrenic Mood Swings borderline personality disorder other personality disorders mood swings and other mental disorders .

I would recommend never eating bread or any other foods such as pastries made with yeast again.

Don't be scared. The things out there that are unknown aren't scary in themselves. They are just unknown at the moment. Take the time to know them before you list them as scary. Then the world will be a much less scary place for you.

Bread has sugar in it which all living things, humans and bactiria, need for life. Look up the word "attrition" for me.

It means the process by which you exhaust your diet and find the fat that is hidden in all your fat tissue. That is going to take time, and your body is not going to be weak because you have discarded some of the basic necessities of life. You want to make bread when you can afford to do so and you like to cook.

When you make bread, you begin to find what our ancestral ancestors liked to eat. I mean bread, not pasta. If you make pasta, you are wasting calories and more importantly, you are taking a huge risk of heart disease and cancer.

Being fat is a personal choice bro. As for aging, it's variable.

There are microorganisms literally all over the world, a baby doesn't even last a full second before his body is "invaded" by bacteria, fungus, etc. Not just bread man even the are that you breathe is full of that shit doesn't mean your a retard because you breathe or a shcizo because you were born

The rising mental illnesses are probably due to clownworld, people being told by media/academia to go against their own natures, the destruction of social norms/rules, increasing demand for efficiency while fewer of the higher things in life (faith, family, community) are readily available to the increasingly impoverished younger people. It's easier to simply diagnose mental illness and dope people up than fix the systemic decay that is breaking people.

Now as for yeast,

Keep in mind anon that there's wild yeast all around you. If you ask anyone who homebrews, everything they use when making fermented beverages or fermenting a wash/mash (to distill) needs to be sanitized so wild yeast doesn't get introduced and interfere with the specialized brewing/winemaking yeast that they ferment. I distill, and once left a fresh mash (what you ferment to later distill) sitting overnight in a container with the lid ajar before adding yeast; in the morning there were faint bubbles of fermentation, despite the fermenting container being new and unused, and no yeast added by myself.

AFAIK also, baking kills the yeast, as do winemakers before bottling as well as it not carrying through the distillation process. The only thing I know having any live yeast is some nonpasteurized draft beers on tap.

You're yeastpilled but not all the way yet. Yeast was/is one of the original sacred money making techniques passed down to moses. They kept a few specific royal cultures alive and kept the info on the down low so that they would always have a renewable source of income/food/alcohol. See it's brilliant in a lot of ways because as long as you pass down the knowledge of how to grow these yeast cultures you can re-start a town anywhere, anytime.

Understanding the fermentation process of yeast into alcohol also teaches one basic chemistry. And so things like penicillin were probably known and guarded secrets in antiquity. Likely that barley containing ergot was grown on purpose by "wise" families who knew the chemistry.
