So the things that I've swallowed: goldfish, blue goramis, a green tree frog, and a full-grown mouse. Generally, I'll say that the sensation are probably milder than you'd imagine; they feel kind of like the normal sensation of a heartbeat or stomach growl, but they happen erratically and at varying spots. Here are the details on each, in order of least exciting to most exciting:

Blue gouramis: they're fierce fish, but not as vigorous as I hoped. I chose them on a recommendation from a woman I talked to who's a practiced RL vore practitioner. I swallowed 2 at once, and I could feel their somewhat pointy fins scraping my stomach walls under my ribs, but that was about it.

Goldfish (2-inch comet goldfish, specifically): one or two you can't really feel. The first couple times I did it, I swallowed 15, but I didn't do it on an empty stomach and I didn't swallow air (see below), so they probably died instantly as their gills took in stomach acid. I've found 5 is the perfect number: it's a large enough group to be bumping into each other/my stomach walls a lot, but a small enough number that they have room to swim. The general sensation is a mild vibrating with the occasional forceful "pop" as they hit much stomach walls with more force. Mild-to-medium stomach ache after.

full-grown mouse: I never did pinkies, since they seemed like they wouldn't really move. The full grown one was about 3-4 inches long (not counting tail) and about 1.5-2 wide. It scampered around a lot in my mouth and was warm (different from the other things I've swallowed) which had its own appeal. It was easier than I expected to get down. It made its way to the back of my throat on its own and I gulped it down. Once it was inside, I could faintly feel it scampering around, and occasionally I'd get a strong "bump" sensation when it would jump. Downside is that it gave me a very bad stomach ache for a couple days. The woman I talked to (we were kind of doing it together) got very sick, so I haven't done this again. I got the mouse from PetCo and it was meant to be a feeder mouse, so maybe they aren't kept in great condition?

Finally, the green tree frog. This one was about 3 inches long and 2 inches wide. It was the hardest fighter so far. On 3 occasions it manged to wiggle and jump out of my mouth and I had to re-catch it. I also had to douse a bit of a water/olive oil mixture on him to get him to slide down. Once he was in my belly, it was great! He was jumping around like crazy, giving me similar feelings to when the mouse would jump, but I'd feel it much more often. Sure, but a couple warnings to not get your hopes up too much:

I don't swallow things often. It picked up over the last year following a yearlong lull, but it's still rare. I probably average doing something every 2-3 months (though I tend to have periods where I swallow more often than others for a variety of reasons).

And I'm not likely to up the ante much anymore. Mouse was mostly the limit (unless I can get my hands on some live, decent-sized eels - can you imagine?!), and even that I'm not likely to do again. It's really easier than you might think. It helps that I need to swallow a handful of pills day and night, so that gives me some regular practice. Other than that: start small. I know this is a comment from a year ago, but I found this thread via google search and I can provide an answer, but not to any of those specific questions. I like vore and post-vore scat and 2 years ago I managed to fulfill my fantasy of swallowing a living animal and finding its remains in my turd. I had found a young garden lizard in my garden, it was about 2 inches long not counting the end of the tail. After washing and rinsing it well with soapy water, I put it in my mouth, and swallowed it down alive with copious water. I jerked off while I knew it was still alive inside my stomach.
