Był w moim życiu taki okres że potrzebowałem wyrwać się z domu starych alkoholików i jak wyszło, zderzyłem się ze ścianą.
Władze PRL i postkomuna nie przewidziała takiego zapotrzebowania na mieszkania jednoosobowe, znalezienie kawalerki w moim regionie to jak trafienie na dziewicę.
Na wynajem 500 zł/mc sama patodeweloperka
>dorobiony pokoik na stryszku z pustaka i 5 cm styropianu
>ogrzewanie piecykiem gazowym bez odprowadzania spalin w pomieszczeniu bez wentylacji, enjoy migrena względnie bezbolesna śmierć
>pokoik z garażu gdzie nie ma miejsca na łóżko, kibel z zasłoną zamiast drzwi
>pokój ze starą babcią w zadłużonej kamienicy która poszła na sprzedaż z resztą
A miałem wtedy stabilną robotę 2k na rękę. Normalne mieszkania w bloku (2 pokoje) to 1.5k/mc, dobra dziękuję.
Starzy poszli na odwyk, nie chleją, mają renty, ja już nie robię, za zasiłek płacę rachunki, a żarcie mam za darmo.

Gdzie te 3 koła na rękę? Bo ja dzisiaj zacząłem robotę 3000 brutto. To była jedyna oferta gdzie nie wymagali prawa jazdy kat. B, a wszystkie inne po 2800 brutto.
