trzeba mieć doświadczenie, a tego nie zdobędziesz w tak młodym wieku jak ww kurwa. najmlodszych kierowników/managerow jakich spotkałem mieli ok. 30 lat

U mnie jest awans na kierownika zespołu zazwyczaj po 3 latach. Manager to już półka wyżej, chyba najmłodszy jakiego spotkałem miał 27 lvl, ale głównie tak tuż przed 30-tką są.
Projekty ktoś musi prowadzić, klient nie chce płacić więcej za usługę, a roboczogodzina julki z 3 latami expa jest tańsza niż matiego 30 lvl z 9-letnim doświadczeniem.

To u mnie by nie zadziałało, bo zazwyczaj do pracy przychodzą 21-22 lvlowcy, ja tam późno trafiłem dość. Ale branża nietechniczna powiedzmy, że finansowa, bo coś tam z pieniędzmi i excelem się dzieje, ale pracownicy po bibliotekoznawstwie czy archiwistyce najlepsi.
