pozdrawiam z małej firmy, która robi duże rzeczy, ale jestem jedynym pracownikiem.
zarabiam 4k na rękę (najniższa, reszta pod stołem) - ogólem jestem tu traktowany bez szacunku bez szefa. nie chce mi sie przez to pracować, a potem wiadomo stres, bo terminy itp. od roku przychodze do pracy tylko dlatego, bo nie wierze, że bez wykształcenia moge zarabiać więcej, a w ogóle mi sie nie podoba to co robie. poza tym jestem sam + szef, wiec atmosfera kijowa, wczesniej jak byli jeszcze pracownicy inni, to sie wyroznialem na ich tle i cisnął po tamtych, a teraz jak jestem sam to na mnie skupia swoja frustracje i te toksyczne zagrywki.

U mnie jest dużo gwaru, dużo ludzi coś chce, trzeba bez przerwy czymś się zajmować wewnątrz i na zewnątrz zespołu, układać ludzi, szybko i trafnie przetwarzać informacje i decydować na pniu, bo bardzo dynamiczna praca. Jak nic się nie dzieje, to siedzę i lurkuję, ale jak się wywali to naprawiam.
