Czyli innymi słowy inwestujesz w dziecko, które potem zwraca ci (jeżeli zechce xD) ten dochód w postaci świadczeń.
Czyli prościej, wydajesz masę czasu i środków na coś, co ma wątpliwą stopę zwrotu i jest bardzo ryzykowne (rozwód i alimenty, niewdzięczność, złe wychowanie, choroby, wady wrodzone), zamiast bezpośrednio generować dochód, który dużo lepiej zabezpieczy cię na starość.
Konkluzja: trzy mieszkania na wynajem są tańsze i lepsze niż dowolna ilość potomstwa.
Konkluzja 2: rodzina funkcjonalnie nie różni się od tych mieszkań
