Kek kurwa mam tak samo, tylko że obecnie gówno robota w korpo kołchozie w którym nie potrafią napisać samodzielnie umowy zlecenie tylko copypaste z jakiegoś szablonu.
Miałem dwie rozmowy, przy ok 50 wysłanych CV. A nie pierwszy lepszy leser bo wcześniej rok praca jako junior kierownik, w mojej obecnej nie mogę na wewn. rekrutacje na kierownika bo nie pracuje tu 6msc XD tbw. w zaliczone audyty, score 90% i doświadczenie wcześniej.
Zaczynam myśleć skąd ukraść bo w tym kraju pracę dostają tylko jakieś pedały czy inne ofiary.

właśnie mam pewien dysonans. Aplikuję na te staże i nie licząc kilku firm całkowita cisza, a i tamte po rozmowie zalały herbatkę. W teorii ubiegając się o staż konkuruję ze świeżymi absolwentami/studentami ostatnich lat bez doświadczenia, może kilka % z nich ma za sobą jakieś groźne projekty i konkursy w burzliwych kołach naukowych i organizacjach studenckich. Po studiach potrzebowałem hajsu i wyjechałem na jakiś czas z Polski, więc mam za sobą pierwsze doświadczenie zawodowe za granicą, dobry angielski, drugi język komunikatywny, zawsze wysyłam wiadomość z dynamiczną templatką z amerykańskiej strony hrowej i póki co efektów brak.
Aplikuję też na stanowiska niestażowe, efekt podobny. Od zeszłego tygodnia zacząłem składać też do gównorobót typu recepcja albo słuchawka po angielsku.
Przed koronawirusem wysłałem dosłownie 1 CV do interesującej mnie firmy, poszedłem na rekrutację grupową i mnie przyjęli, niedługo przed szkoleniem wybuchł ten słynny koronawirus i teraz zamiast zatrudniać to zwolniła część pracowników.
