You're either playing defensively like a little faggot IE W101 or spending hours learning a game's EXECUTION in order to excel at beating a bunch of easily predictable fucking enemies wasting away doing the same unfun combos in ordee to S rank something. God fuck me is there a game where enemies are actively trying to kill you rather than this wind up juke out the player and attack when they dont expect it shit? May as well be playing low skill nigger shit like fighting games at that point somehow DMC is more fun than this crap for whatever reason despite using the sane formula.Everyone praises MGR for being super difficult and making you learn through each boss but all that leads to is a game long tutorial that's unnecessary because I beat them all after 2 tries on the hardest difficulty before nightmare or whatever is unlocked. Once you understand how they all operate you're left with a game that plays itself it's not difficult it's just learning and adapting. The strategizing that is there is boring. At least dmc requires on the spot thinking and strategizing based on combo potential and needing to switch it up based on what you're doing thanks to fluid movement not to mention it generally looks better than the shit you can pull off in Bayo. All the sheep who took Matthews words and ran with it because they cant formulate their own opinions, overhype W101's shitty camera, controls, gameplay, etc. You're left with a boring combat system that gets shit on by dmc 5 anyway it's only notable features being on the spot switching and dynamic arsenal IE switching to a glider while in the air in order to propel you then switching to something else and going from there. That's all cool but barely added on when the gameplay is so defensive. Nigger if you're going to suck off defensive and confuse it with strategical and analytical gameplay you must love Smash because that's all that shit game is. You're probably the kind of fag who thinks fighting games require some high bar of entry despite them all being the same wait out your opponent juke and attack flowchart with no creativity. Because of broken I frames in Bayonetta nothings ever a real danger and a lot of her attacks feel samey without much depth sure you're supposed to emulate a sort of dance with your moveset but fuck me is it boring as shit and doesnt do much look I'm not shitting on Platinum arbitrarily they're fine and their games would be god tier if they had legit refinement I see a shit ton of potential in W101 if only the game incentivized you to constantly move and be on your feet rather than toss easily telegraphed attacks at you that you can deal with in 2 surefire ways IE parry or dodge. It's why I feel like shit like Dark Souls poisoned the well with what can be done with action games thanks to giving you access to two abilities that negate all damage. Like Nintendo Platinum flirts with cool concepts but never executes. At least in my opinion.

My only problem with Wonderful 101 is that it's unclear as to what moves can and can not be deflected by Wonder Guts, the camera controls in the spaces that were meant to be played on the Wii U's touch screen are fucking clunky, there are a couple graphic glitches on the water level and audio glitches on the Prince Vorkken levels, and that some of the Wonder Liner drawings are too fickle to draw. If they ironed out those bugs (which they won't) then the game would be perfect. Other than that, git gud with shit like Bayonetta and Revengence since those games are pretty solid gameplay wise.

Well let's see… out of their games, I like Automata, Bayonetta 1+2, and Astral Chain. Looking at their library though, they have a lot of film-to-games that I couldn't care less about, like Legend of Korra or TMNT, or Transformers. I haven't played 101 all the way so I couldn't give you my opinion on that.
