Why did the fireflies breakdown because of just the leader dying? Joel was mowing down tons of dudes througout the last game and so even with the dead people at the hostpital there should have been enough goons to keep a chain of command? You would think a settlement that can supply doctors would be more stable.
Now that records are out and Joe's brother, Fireflies, and potentially government know that Ellie has a cure to zombie virus they would try to at least capture her or keep her alive for experimentation and that would be a story in and of itself. The fireflies just letting Abby go off to kill a cure for the zombie apocalypse even though that was their goal would conflict and they would tell her to stop. Seems like the start of this game is built on a broken foundation.
But knowing the A+ writing quality of fuckman I'm sure my concerns will be addressed.

TLOU 1, for all its movie-game TPS generic gameplay and some of the more preachy aspects of the narrative, conveyed a story about humanity acting in the face of certain extinction, how people behave and treat each-other and the things that motivates their choices when society and authority are nothing but a shell of their former selves, it ends with Joel deciding that humanity isn't worth saving after being subjected to needless cruelty, it was a story about the way some people justify doing insane shit to others. I'm not a fan of the game myself but at least it tried to focus on something related to the setting. TLOU 2 not only completely misses building on what the previous game left behind (Ellie having to find out that Joel murdered the scientists who tried to make a cure, condemning all of humanity just to play father once more) but instead has you follow a standard dumbass revenge plot that says generic shit like "OH MAN REVENGE BAD LET'S TOTALLY NOT RIP OFF SKULL FACE'S ARGUMENTS FROM MGSV" that ends with the deaths of the previous protagonists, making their struggles completely fucking pointless.
Add to that the fact that the antagonists are just pure strawmaning against the perceived political oponents and the leftist standard for preaching and you can't help but laugh at this dumbassery.

Muh story was literally the only selling point and considering how many unskipable walkytalky segments there are in the "game" followed by linear level design, anemic cover shooting, streamlined stealth, retarded enemy AI, and a shitty crafting system that every other game that year seemed to be required to have by law. Can you give examples of how GTA: San Andreas depicts parodies of black gangs?
I understand that San Andreas is a videogame and it can be silly at times and so there are times where unrealistic things occur.
What comes to mind with regards to silliness is your first mission with Ryder where you go to the Pizza place with Ryder and Ryder has a comedic exchange with the guy behind the till.
What comes to mind with regards to unrealistic things occurring is when you and Ryder raid some kind of military base in order to take supplies.
Despite these events though, I never felt San Andreas featured parodies of black gangs. I felt it was a realistic portrayal of them with some sugarcoating to make the story more palatable. To summarise my feelings, I didn't feel the gangs were silly, I felt that the gangs were in a silly world. I think that the Grove Street members were generally serious characters and I think that when you argue that the gang was a parody of actual gangs, you imply that these characters are difficult to take seriously. It's a bit off-topic but if you don't mind talking further, I'd be happy to listen.

You are right that the Fireflies seem to be incompetent but as far as I'm aware, I think that the "soldiers" of the Fireflies were just civilians who were now willing to fight. I think a Firefly soldier that had any real combat training would be a rarity.
Now, Firefly surgeons on the other hand (as of this post, I am not fully aware of TLOU's story) may actually be medically trained surgeons. They may actually have professional training and experience.
Considering this then, it may not be such a bad idea to hand over Ellie to the Firefly surgeons.

UE5 is going to be on every platform you nigger, and it'll look even better on the PC without being hamstrung by outdated hardware and faggot devs who pack it full of horrendous filter shit like Chromatic Abberation and Film Grain that you can't turn off. And it's not like games are even going to look like that for YEARS to come because the dev cycle is so goddamned bloated for AAA - and so expensive that only a handful of trash games that aren't worth playing are going to reach that level. Not to mention that UE5 demo was just a demo, and the trailer specifically designed to showcase the absolute limits engine and only the engine - not to render a fully functioning game.
Did you see the PS5 reveal trailer? The only thing with actual gameplay that looked even remotely impressive was the Ratchet & Clank demo - and graphically, it wasn't even that good. What was impressive about it was the fast loading. Everything else was FMV shit, "in engine" renders, and indies that could run on the 360 if you bumped down the resolution.
The only even remotely reasonable excuse for buying a PS5 is it's backwards compatibility with the PS4 in the case that your PS4 breaks - but you'd still be better off just buying a new PS4 and saving a several hundred bucks, rather than paying over half a grand for Sony to put a gigantic pussy in your entertainment center for 4k 60fps Gorilla Tranny Buttsex Remastered.

The games never lived up to the tech demos, the only case I think got close but not quite was killzone 2 because the sonyggers literally said the fucking fake ass pre-rendered CGI was not just a tech demo like before but the actual fucking game so those devfags had to really work for once and get as close as possible, but the game still sucked, the story was shit and it ran like dogshit because the PS3 was never going to be able to actually run anything that looked like those demos, and neither did any sony console ever but retards keep falling for the bait
