The court case he cited https://casetext.com/case/united-states-v-eychaner This is NOT an actual legal citation! has nothing to do with 8kun. This case involves a guy in Virginia, not a webhost, who got busted for actual CP and the prosecutor brought in the loli stuff to pile on additional charges.
