I wonder if there were either too many good or obvious picks to choose from or people were a bit too shitposty that contributed to how this roster ended up. That or people preferred the '90s to the decade that gave us 9/11 and 2007; it's telling that a lot of picks are a bunch of /co/ /tv/ and /a/ related nostalgia, myself included. I feel you guys. My nominee almost didn't make it in time and was contemplating either Spiderman or Tony Hawk but was uncertain if they'd get dicked out of the mania due to their pre 00 presence. In hindsight, I could have specified the Tobey version for the former. The latter could at least be brought back as a vidya nom due to the 5 game rule. I'm sure some of those will get their chance to shine in the future, ala Mr Rogers having missed the Deadmania
