What you see as little money I see as a Japanese economy that was on a downturn for the last 8 years. There is a lot of factors that play into it but most of it was due to the US economic crash that hurt them due to the lack of buying power. Recently the Anime economy is booming and that can be due to the US economy coming back and also because Streaming revenue has allowed easier time to license and yet pay studios rather than having piracy hurt them. Animators and cast do not stay in one studio forever they move on quickly. Conditions are never perfect just like it is here.

I believe you are correct I would have told you differently in 2008-2014 but as time has gone on and especially with what I learned at school I can safely tell you nothing.
The best thing would be to have conservative teachers who set up their own classrooms or even online school away from students. The reason being that like the free market people can select and choose their education and eventually pay for what they want rather than having zero choice and have it all be Marxist teachers. This is why I like the idea of people who are talented animators having their own courses for sale and potentially conservative teachers as well. They all wear the same shit, they all have horn rimmed glasses and now they just killed dyed hair as a fashion statement because they all wear it.
In the end, everything that exists has a reason for existing, from rape to slavery, and some shit doesn't have much of an excuse but poor character or poor judgement. But shutting this shit out and pretending that it exists for no reason is only encouraging it and validating their responses, because if you do not acknowledge people as human, if you do not reach out and instead arrogantly place people below yourselves, you validate low tactics by being low yourself.
These people don't want to stop racism, they want to FIGHT it. They want to fight enemies, not human beings. The thing about SAO is that it was just the prologue chapter to what turned out to be a huge story in the novel series. SAO, SAO2, and GGO were literally just the setup and character introduction for the like 20-volume long Underworld story arc.
But the only way you'd know this is if you read the webnovels like 7 years ago. Which was hard, because they were translated into English from Chinese, because some guy in China had ripped and saved the complete webnovel series before it was taken down, and was the only source. Links to the translations were hard to find too, mostly buried on obscure forum pages where some of the translators were working on them.
Kirito is a ridiculously good character in the novels. Because you get the view from his internal monologue. He starts off as a scared little bitch because some guy tried to PK him in the death game, on like the first day. He becomes obsessed with this fear and spends all his time leveling, and when not leveling he stays in the lower-level areas of the city specifically because he's higher level and stronger than everybody there. He thinks to himself how this makes him look OP by comparison, and he goes through a long arc of character development where he stops "faking" being a badass so people won't mess with him, into actually becoming a badass in his own right who takes risks and helps beat the game. Asuna helps him grow a lot during this time and they eventually wind up together after the timeskip.
There's a reason the novel fans, including myself, are huge SAOfags. The anime as a standalone is mediocre character-wise because you don't get that view of the characters from within their own heads. But if you have all the background it is Fucking. Great.

SAO is character driven, particularly around Kirito's relationships. In the novels he's hilariously self-aware about his harem protagonist status and legitimately agonizes at times over what to do about it. His problem is he crafted this "Gary Stu" persona deliberately back in SAO, and when adding in his PTSD that he got from both killing people and nearly being killed many times, he's just kind of stuck as who he is now, a 30-year grizzled old war veteran in a teenager's body. Unfortunately his image is the kind of guy that turns panties into waterfalls, even though he just wants to copulate for babies in the missionary position with Asuna.
He's basically like "I did this to myself, so I've got no right to break their hearts over it." Its even better in the novels because the other girls, especially Sinon, see right through him on this. She in particular loves to fuck with him for it, but they all still care about him.

Kirito and Asuna get married IRL after graduating, and Kirito builds Yui a little robot she can use to exist in the physical world with them.

At the end of SAO's final arc, a firefight at the computer center holding Underworld damages the time-acceleration system. Kirito is fighting the final boss as the system is counting down to a 5-million-times Earth speed time acceleration. Kirito stalls the boss to give the other SAO cast time to evacuate, but winds up with his mind trapped inside Underworld when the acceleration goes off. At the last second, Asuna decides not to leave and stays with him because she knows whats about to happen. A major plot point is that a human brain can only hold about 150 years worth of memories before the brain wants to shut down and die. Kirito, however, was considered an especially interesting specimen because of all the shit he had been through and learned about the VR world, so the lab secretly makes a copy of his neural network without telling him. This copy is brought to life in VR and given the moniker "King Kirito." KK is a prisoner of the lab, and has a conversation with the scientists. Come to find out that living in Underworld for 200 years turned King Kirito into a right bastard who has very little love left for humanity after the way they regard AI's and VR human being as tools and slaves. He pointedly tells the lab something to the effect of "I remember how big the global network is in this time. Given my experience that you value so much, just exactly how long do you think you're going to be able to keep me here against my will?" implying that he could escape onto the net without too much effort. Well in a translated blurb from the Accel World webnovel it turns out that King Kirito is the "Secret King" behind Accel World - using it to raise a new generation much like Kayaba did in Sword Art Online.

Funny you mention that. I have a screencap somewhere on my ancient laptop of the very first raid they ever did on GGHQ, just a few days after /gg/ fell.
