The third group of people are those who only believe it out of perceived necessity. By this, I mean the people who only spew SJW nonsense because that's the only "acceptable" viewpoint within their social circle or their field of work. I think it's more of a case that the people who are already infected with the mind virus pursue the spread of even harder than almost anyone else. It's like Islam, it's not that great but it's adherents are so fanatical about it that it spreads effectively. They spread it so hard that anyone who isn't infected becomes afraid of the fanatics. Some schools do that, but they compromise the the education of the "regular kids" because they put as many resources as they can to boost up the smart ones and go "Look at what intellectuals our school is putting out". Also, it doesn't help that they keep shutting down schools and overpopulating others (Their reasoning behind it is the same reasoning behind allowing refugees in: "If we take all of these kids from this 'Bad school' and put them in this 'Good school', their grades and character will magically improve."). Sure, the special needs kids couldn't do math at their grade level or write a cohesive essay, but many of these kids were eventually able to get entry-level jobs at places like Wal-Mart and KFC. The schools gave this kids a future they never would have had otherwise, but they missed their standardized testing quotas and some of their funding was cut. It's fucking absurd.

I think it's more a matter of mismanagement because nobody cares about local elections. My local district is so damn dumb when it comes to construction and remodeling. This remodel ended up costing tens of millions of dollars more than just relocating the damn building, even though they were literally offered free land to do it.

This comes down to bad parenting and schools can never fix this on their own. You can't do everything for your kids, no matter how much you want to. That's why you'll find college students who can't use a goddamn plunger, or write out their own rent checks.

I was first a software engineer but I was becoming bored. I went back to university and did a baccalaureate in human resources management by evenings after work. Then I went for a master's degree which focused more on union negotiations and collective labor agreement since I have to work with those a lot. Responsabilities depends, as is the pay. Depending on the size of the department you might end up doing everything or splitting the work. Where I am everything there are many sections such as hiring, dotation, etc. As a director I'm close to the $100-110k a year line. I get a bonus because I travel a lot. You have to be a people's person but not too empathic, sometimes you are the guy who brings bad news and other employees are wary of you too. After years with a computer, a more human position was a nice change of pace. I hate doing hiring though but I cover a colleague some times. That guy is at the forefront of the new generation of workers who think they can have everything easily and that getting to an interview on time is not important.

I can't avoid working alone with a woman. I work in a lab, and its generally staffed with two people. While its generally men working there, there is one woman that works there and I will on occasion have to work with her alone. I have dealt with those that I would do my best to even interact with at all costs, though.
