If there's a lesson I've learned from seeing how steam works it's, don't let a big company handle putting your eroge on steam and do it yourself. All of these middleman companies are too public with bringing these games to steam which brings in unwanted attention such as that Leaf who got Maidens of Micheal pulled off steam or they'll just never actually release the game like in your examples. But if you just silently put it up yourself only the people who want to find it will get it. A few non-yuri eroges have sneaked on to steam this way.

Since pretty much every notable yuri vn seems to have been translated, I'm putting a list of notable yuri VNs that are left to be localized (at least from what I've heard), more for personal reference than anything.

I'll write up a short review for N:LS in the meantime.
I'll surmise with I don't like it. First Negligee was good because it had a decent set up for a western game, pick one girl from three to be new assistant, damn good art from the hunie pop artist and pretty good sex scenes, even ones that moved. Time was put into the scenes to draw them out and it became an unexpected hit for me at least because of how good it was and it's focus on pure yuri.
This undoes everything of that.
Karen (Red Head) she gets into a fight with her husband, she starts having an affair, things get bloody, ends in divorce, epilogue chapter is her morning his sorry ass.
Jasmin (Stripper) is stripping but has to choose two options in attending a party like a prostitute (You can deny) or getting photos taken for porn (again deny) Epilogue is her being promoted to assistant manager of Negligee. (All girls got hired making harem ending canon, we'll come back to that).
Sophie is… I'm spoilering. She's basically portraied as a slut. Has sex on a train, then with her professor, has sex on a train again which leads to her getting ganged raped. And she's okay with the first two as they're her fantasies and the last one she shrugs off.
I mean, she was always open about her sexuality but just… why? Good Grief, it's like they didn't even know what to do with her character and one of the girls in this needed to get spitroasted. Epilogue is her quitting Negligee to finish school and design underwear for real.
Charlotte is the one with the yuri and starts off with her dating her boyfriend on her 18th birthday, they go back to his car and you can choose what to do. She eventually realises that she doesn't like him, they break up and Mikka, her best friend basically confesses two weeks later. Unfortunatly, Mikka has to study abroad in a month so they spend that month dating and Charlotte starts work at Negligee after Mikka leaves. Two years later, she comes back and Charlotte's epilogue is her leaving Negligee to spend some time traveling Mikka as they're reunited and get back together.
The sex scene involving Mikka and Charlotte reminded me of the ones in the original, drawn out and last a bit while the ones involving and guys were over in about 30 - 50 lines of text. The scenes themselves are CG instead of video this time.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Not only did it undo the Yuri Harem ending in the original, which was the best ending, you've also rewritten the characters in such a way that it confuses me. Why would Karen be interested in girls after having a boy toy and a husband? There was a scene with Jasmin at the party where you could make her have sex with a guy and she's not into that and says it's "Just Business" and I keep thinking that you're just forcing a character through that for needless het stuff. Sophie being dragged through the mud like that was just miserable honestly and Charlotte was the only one with a character arc who the Yuri Harem end no longer applies to as she leaves with someone that matters more to her, which is more sad for wanting a 4 girl harem like Shoujo Sect.
I'm also pondering as to who is this game for? This was supposed to be DLC for Negligee back in 2016 but they've waited 2 whole years to do this and as a result they've twisted that yuri fans of the original like myself arn't going to like all the girls go through het stuff and anyone who's playing eroge will take 5 minutes to look at it then move onto something better like Rance. Dhakar created something unique with Negligee in it's niche yuri appeal and they've alienated their entire audience buy going the het route.
I just don't understand why you'd go full het after establishing the girls as yuri. When you met them first in Negligee you assumed they had been around but within the context of that game, they were lesbians. Once you zoom it out by adding context with this, you find out you've been lied to and most of the stuff in the first game doesn't matter. All 3 girls get hired, work at the store and then move on with their lives, except Karen who ends up alone again with no harem.

So Futaba tries to bake something, that fails and they end up on the floor covered in cream, they spend the night in the same bed as their parents are away, they go to school and Ichika teases Futaba in the back of the school during the evening. They then go to bed together wondering what their future together will be like, just like Futaba's ending.
Short review, I like it. Art style is really nice with uncensored art. The twincest story is double forbidden. But the reason that I was dragging my feet for so long on this is their is an air of genericness to it. The music is entirely forgettable, Futaba and Ichika do sort of have personalities but they don't stand all that much except when they go yandere. There was a lack of engageness to this and I'll admit I did skip quite a bit just for it to be over. It's not a bad VN but I was looking to other stuff while going through this to engage me.
I'm gonna take a break from VNs, been going through them at a rapid pace this month but I will get through flowers summer before the end of the year, at least want to do that.

Got it, bought it, and uploading it.
I got the full full chorus which is structured in Renpy for some reason and the Plus patch for the original so I don't lose my save hopefully.
They mentioned Drama CDs and judging by the files sizes I think they're included in the VN and arn't separate like the previous ones were.
Random fact: Kindred has 3,200 lines of dialog originally but Full Chorus adds 11,400 bringing the total to somewhere around 15,000 lines of dialog.
