It's not just that the board is slow, but that the content usually isn't anything new and often shit. The bulk of what gets posted is stuff you'd find very quickly on deviant art, furaffinity, and similar places that everyone with these fetishes had already visited many times, and it's usually a mix of good quality with shit (probably stems from different people getting their kicks out of different topics). The discussion is also practically non-existent save for meta.
To drive my point home, just consider that /hgg/ has this board beat with just one thread on tfgamesite -- place not everyone knows full of obscure shit indie games with the occassional jewel and a myriad themes, where one indeed can apprecitate other anons highlighting an unknown piece.
If this board is to stay alive, it needs stuff that would make people coming back for more. Stuff like, I don't know, Arania's donation artwork that seems to be nowhere to find or various comission artwork bundles that some smut artists sometimes hand out. Or even just stuff that isn't commonly found with minimum effort like shit by Glockens or tftgar.
