Im basically the same except i dont have a car. if i did id probably just drive around a bunch and go to places flooded with people and just take a walk tryina get used to the sound of peoples chatter around me. my retard anxiety doesnt let my mind relax when im around others but this exercise kinda helps, mostly just puts me through a excruciating experience. its funny cause its not that serious but it feels real as fuck to me. maybe im autismic.
