My cat decided to just simply stop shitting in the litter box now he shits in the shower on the kitchen counter and sometimes he even shits inside those plastic bags 24 packs of bottle water comes in. When he shits on the floor he goes in the laundry room grabs a shirt and tries to cover up the shit. I hate my cat.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. It turns out the offending cat was being bullied and didn't want to enter the bully's turf to get to the litter boxes. I resolved this problem by adding an extra litter box in the room the bullied cat spent her time.
It's happening for a reason. There is clearly a problem. You may have a bully. Maybe your litter box needs cleaning. There might be something wrong with the cat and he should taken to a vet. You can google search this problem for solutions.
