i feel like you think you have not done enough because there has nothing been happening to that evil guy
if that is the case you might get in contact with a lawyer. if you cannot afford one, you could try to find one who is willing to work pro bono in this case. there are some of those who will do it for free if they feel like they want to help someone.
then you should ask what can be done about this case. maybe there is nothing the police can do from a criminal prosecution standpoint but there might be something you can sue him for in a civil lawsuit.
