If you want to have better sex experience and performance, then you must go with vegan protein.
The reason is human body absorb vegans foods much better than animals and some fruits vegetables have hidden natural chemicals that cannot be found in animal-based foods.
But not all vegan foods are equal.
Good vegan foods: local grown foods, fresh foods (both raw and cooked), natural based.
Bad vegan goods: canned foods, package foods, foods have artificial chemicals in general.
Some foods that will help increase your sexual performance: corn, beans, potato, beet, green leafy. But all must be cooked in whole and eat instantly. Avoid pasta, rice, bread, flour based foods.
If you want to verify above advice then you need switching to vegan food diets for 5-10 days. Then you would have much better sexual experience.
