In each car there exists a special radio transmitter attached to the wheel. With every full revolution of the wheel, a weakly powered AM radio pulse is given off giving the location and speed of the vehicle.
This frequency can be picked up at the lowest pitches of your AM radio very faintly at each turn of your tire. Is it unique? Who put this in every car?
