i need advise. this disease is ruining my life.

is there any way to capitalize on the rareness of this illness (incidence 9.63 per 1 million), i'm pretty sure i'll end up in a nursing home over this shit, I'm on Medicaid now (Medi-Cal, I'm in California, also I got NEETbux but spend 30% on medical weed to deal with arthritis pain) and don't want to end up in one filled with dumb mexicans & foreigners who'll take forever to wipe my ass, there's a glut of GoFundMe's but I'll still make one when I get the energy but beyond that I need help so badly but I'm alone. How do I get somebody to help me
