Now that you've mastered the art of 'not following through', perhaps you could invest a little time into mastering NOT GETTING SCREWED OVER ?...
for example, I am quiteliterallyTHE Master of RETURNS & EXCHANGES (and also egging extra gestures of appreciation from corporations after I have filed my complaints)
I get on the phone, and I make customer service Representatives willing to offer me ANYTHING simply to make me stop talking and complaining.
I'm not joking....
You'd be amazed at the benefits of this skill...
I've gotten free Samsung Galaxy S series phones, free airtime, free cable service, and all other kinds of offers from corporations, simply because they want to get me off the phone....
And after I have convinced them to rectify the given situation, THEN I guilt them into offering an EXTRA "gesture of their appreciation for my customer loyalty"...
I will remind them, "I don't HAVE TO pay for your services, I CHOOSE TO... there's a lot of competition out there I could easily turn to..."
And I will convince them to offer me AN EXTRA "gesture", and 8 out of 10 times they will comply.
The squeaky wheel gets the oil.....
The quiet, meek wheel gets overlooked every time
