here's a lot of lulz to be had with this exploit! And it could be used to boost the views of our preferred kind of channels. ; )

TL;DR: Youtube made something called community tab back in 2019. This can be used to reach people who have literally never heard of your channel. The normal youtube algorithm uses four metrics to decide who gets recommended what (the videos title, the text in the description, the tags, and the topic of the video). Community posts don't have titles, topics or tags, so it can only use what's in the post itself to decide who gets to see it. So if you were to make a post with a list of commonly searched terms like "Minecraft" "ASMR" "pewdiepie" "music" "Fortnite" "markiplier" and so forth…

Problem is, you need 1000+ subs to unlock this feature.

But what if hypothetically one of us were to create an account, and each of us mass subscribe to them with as many alt accounts as possible, if we were to do this we could post common shit that everyone will like, and while our channel is gaining traction from the community tab, we could utilize this by posting videos which merchanttube would usually would never let anyone see, perhaps we use this channel and YouTube's broken system to spread any based message we want, can you imagine in the controversy if a “pro nazi hatespeech propaganda machine" were to gain a mass amount of subs?

Not many companies would feel good about their products being advertised on a platform that allows that to happen..

Not saying we should, but we kinda should.

It used to be the case that you could create a fresh Google account on a new or factory reset Android phone or Chromebook with a burner email. Google would allow this because they didn't want phone number verification preventing some kid who got their first Google gear as a birthday present, Christmas gift, or whatever from signing up because they were too young to have their own phone number.

Another work around, that used to work, was that you could have Google send a verification number as audio instead of text. This was offered as an option for the visually impaired. In that case, all one would need to do to create and verify an account that wasn't tied to their personal number was to time the verification process to whenever they had access to another phone. Landlines would work. You could time the verification audio message for when you were at any neutral location where you had access to a phone.

I don't know if these work arounds are still viable because I've just noped out of big tech and mainstream media for a few years now and don't even really bother with them anymore.

Embeds might look nicer, but they can be annoying for anons who don't want to allow Google scripts in their browsers. It would be nice if this place had a higher file size limit and sharing larger webms was a more practical option.
