Seasonings aren't proof that vegan food tastes good any more than table salt is proof that humans would enjoy eating salt by the handful.
Humans can and do kill and eat animals raw like a carnivore, but you know what they can't do? Digest their lawn clippings like a herbivore could.
A lot of whats fed to livestock cannot be fed to humans like corn stalks. Letting it all rot in a landfill would be more inefficient than putting it through an animal that can utilize the nutrition within it and then provide that nutrition to us through their meat.
Everyones shit stinks but its vegans that tend to have problems with bloating and gas, I'd rather stink up my bathroom during a shit than stink up my entire house with farts because of all the beans and lentils I have to eat every day in order to get the nutrients I need.

But thats exactly what you do.. Most food is presalted, preseasoned, etc, and then packaged.
When you eat a sausage, or chicken, or beef, you're not tasting the meat itself, you're tasting all the seasonings, spices and salt on it that make it taste the way it does. And if you add those same ingredients to say, Tofu, it would taste just the same

I never put anything on my steaks which I prepare myself so I'm well aware of what meat tastes like.
